IN CHARACTER

PHYSICAL AFFECTION:  Yup! Platonic touch would go over OK ultimately although at this point in canon I don't believe this man has ever ever been touched in a non-threatening way.
PHYSICAL VIOLENCE: Sure! He's used to this. Just know you are picking on someone who has a very average ability to defend himself. That said if Sigma has a gun it's a different matter and he may or may not hesitate depending on Other Factors (like "are you The Worst").
RELATIONSHIPS:  Yes. I think it would be very sweet for him to gain a few strong friendships. Shipping is CR development dependant.
PSYCHIC & PSIONIC INFORMATION: Despite being an artificially made man created through a supernatural book Sigma is a pretty normal human in most other regards. Feel free to pick up on the fact that he has strange origins.  On first pass it might be harder to pick up that he has an information exchanging ability that would ping as something more magical because he's not constantly using it. It's activated only when intended and through direct touch. See below for further details. Otherwise:

BACKTAGGING: Yup! If a thread gets old or slows down quite a bit but has ic ramifications for later on I'd be happy to discuss the conclusion ooc.
THREADHOPPING: Yes, but check with anyone else involved too.
FOURTHWALLING: Yes, I mean in general Sigma already knows he was made through bizarre means. If you walk up to tell him he's fictional he's not going to be really surprised (but he might be not so pleased).

FIRST IMPRESSIONS

VISUAL: A young man of indiscernible age; he has peculiarly choppy bi-colored (Right: White. Left: lilac) hair that reaches down to his waist. His eyes are a light grey. Typically he wears a ribbed turtleneck, dark pants, and a light tailcoat that is reminiscent of a casino uniform. Said coat has a galaxy design on the inside.
AURAL: Once season 4 gets here I can update this :)
DEMEANOUR: Due to he fact he's been manipulated quite a few times Sigma will be distrusting in certain situations. This is a guy who notes that even the people who seem kind at first inevitably want to take advantage of his ability. On the other hand he can be personable, as he did run a very successful casino, after all. When it came to the patrons of his casino he was considerate beyond belief. He memorized the names and traits of several thousands of guests. With a gentle smile he threw a game for an elderly patron who needs the money to pay for his daughter's illness. Sigma has a good poker face especially in crisis situations. That calm and collected confidence will break down spectacularly behind closed doors where he believes no one else will see it.

Background

Sigma is not a normal human being; at least his origins are not since he was never born in a traditional sense. Sigma was abruptly and inexplicably brought into existence using a certain supernatural book. On that first day Sigma found himself standing alone in a desert. Not even a name nor any memories belonged to him. All he had was a train ticket that went to a location that does not exist. With no purpose or direction he wandered the desert, only to be found by armed human traffickers who took advantage of his ability to exchange information with anyone he touches. Before he can even know why he exists he becomes someone who is well-suited to helping others' with crime.

Fyodor reveals later that the reason that Sigma is so fixated on holding onto the Casino at all costs is because it is the only thing that is equal to his kind of existence- that is: it was also a creation that came from the Book. This is the second person to find Sigma and utilized his ability after he manages to escape the first group. Unlike previously he receives something in return. Somewhere to belong. This was the condition that cemented him as a key behind the scenes member of a certain terrorist organization that specializes in murder.

Eventually forced with the choice of abandoning his casino or facing against terrible odds he chooses the latter. This decision is made despite receiving a warning he received that there was no chance he could win against the special forces who appear because he is an ordinary man.

From there the rest of fate plays out.
 

Ability

Information Exchange Ability -
BSD is a series where most characters have a unique ability. Sigma is no exception. There are some unyielding parameters behind his.

🃏 It must be activated through direct touch. In other words it's very close range and is used intentionally (at least on Sigma's end).
🃏 The information is specifically what each person wants to know the most.
🃏 The person exchanging information may black out for a while. It's unclear if this happens every time. It's possibly dependant on how much information is being transferred.
🃏 Unless otherwise stated the other person doesn't know what the other person learned.
🃏 He can use this ability on the recently deceased.
